Metro Movers provides a 100 % guarantee that if “we break it we fix it” in that any items damaged by us will be repaired by us.
The main conditions to this are
1. That you are present at the entire duration of your move
2. Damages are reported to the office before completion of your move.
3. We cannot guarantee any items that have not been packed by us.
A $200 excess applies to this guarantee
