·         “I would like to provide you with some feedback on my moving experience with Metro Movers. Firstly, I had contacted a couple of places for quotes - most of whom were not taking the time to listen to what my needs were.  A colleague suggested you (her family had used you and had very positive experiences).  So, I called and spoke with Belinda - who took the time to go through everything in detail with me - all of my needs and expectations.  From that phone call alone, I booked the job on the spot. I called and e-mailed a couple of times for further information or when things changed slightly - every time things were dealt with positively and quickly.Being called the day before the move was a relief (a friend had recently had movers not bother to turn up when they had been booked).When the guys turned up they were professional but friendly.  The care they showed for my things and the properties at both ends was amazing.  They were quick and efficient - whilst still humouring me with conversation and allowing me to help out here and there.  They were a very good team, who provided me with laughs and a low stress environment. So - all in all, an amazing moving experience - a big thank you to everyone involved.  It ended up taking less time than I had thought and certainly was a lot less stress than I had feared.  I will now be recommending Metromovers to anyone I know who is moving”

• “I am writing to express my thanks for the manner in which your firm handled my recent house relocation. From my first phone call to Lisa through to the last one of my belongings being put in place in my new home, I was met with nothing but courtesy, efficiency, co-operation and good humour. All staff on-site were pleasant and a delight to deal with, but in particular, I must commend Anthony for the way he conducted himself over 2 days. I am sure you are aware that moving house is right up the top as a stress maker, but thanks to Anthony and his approach to the tasks at hand, my stress levels were considerably reduced and I was able to cope with the whole exercise knowing my needs and my furniture etc were in safe and caring hands”Please pass my thanks on to all concerned.
