After your move has been booked in, you will be assigned a Move Coordinator who will work closely with you at each step leading up to your move to ensure the smoothest experience possible.

Pre-Move Assistance Day
If you have arranged for our packers to assist with your pre-packing, then this usually takes place the day before your move, or, if you are having a partial or kitchen pack, then this can be done on the morning of your move. Our packers have extensive training in the potential logistic and emotional aspects of packing up a home. They can work closely with you during the packing process or you can simply leave it to them to perform their miraculous pack-in-day tasks. All your cartons are labeled with the room designation and contents for an easy unpack.
Move Day
On your moving day, your removals crew will have a designated team leader who will oversee the relocations logistics during the move. Your Move coordinator will also be available to ensure you are satisfied with the quality of service.
All furniture items are wrapped snugly in Blanket furniture pads and firmly secured in the truck with flat straps. We also provide plastic wrapping for additional protection of furniture items. At your new home, it is advisable to be on hand to direct as to which room to place furniture items and boxes. This will save you much effort later in trying to rearrange items.
Post-Move Assistance Day
Post-Move unpack or partial unpack usually takes place the day after your move. For the ultimate in the-easy-move option, have our unpacking ladies add the final relaxation element to your move by transforming your box filled house into a home in one day!
