Service-Efficiency Guarantee

We pledge to offer the highest quality of service in the moving industry – guaranteed. In support of that claim, we offer a money-back guarantee of efficient service for each member of your moving crew.

This means that if any crew member is not working efficiently for any period of time on your relocation, then you are entitled to a refund for that amount of time for that particular crew member.

Conditions:

  • Please note that this guarantee only applies to moves booked on our hourly rate system.
  • You must be present at all times during the loading and unloading stages of your relocation.
  • The guarantee applies to the efficiency or work rate at which the crew members are working.
  • The full amount for your move is due and payable on completion of your move before the MetroMovers removals team leaves your premises. A refund will be given thereafter for any crew member for the period of time that they have not been working efficiently.

No-Damage Guarantee

We will repair any damages caused during the relocation process up to a maximum amount of $1,000. This means that any damages caused by MetroMovers removalists to your goods will be repaired up to a maximum of $1,000 per relocation with a $250 excess.

Conditions:

  • A $250 excess is payable prior to the repair.
  • You must be present at all times during the loading and unloading stages of your relocation.
  • The following is excluded from the guarantee: pot plants, electronic items where there has been no external damage caused by MetroMovers, marble, furniture items made from particle board, pianos, glass items and boxed contents that have not been packed by MetroMovers.
  • Any damages must be reported to the office before sign off of your move.
  • You must sign off and pay the full amount due for your move before the MetroMovers removals team leaves your premises.
